ServiceConnect

This address is Delta ModTech's remote support service. Industrial machines built by Delta ModTech connect here so that our service engineers can support them remotely, at the request of the customers who operate them.

For network administrators

If you found this hostname in a firewall or proxy log, the connection comes from a Delta ModTech machine on your network. It is an outbound encrypted connection on port 443.

Connections are refused if the TLS traffic is intercepted or inspected. If your site inspects TLS, these machines need an inspection bypass for this hostname. Please contact us if you have any questions before you decide.
